These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Mombongo Education Network platform, including mombongo.net, the Mombongo Academy, and all related services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Mombongo Education Network
Mombongo Education Network is an educational platform dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs through education, training, workshops, and mentorship. Our services are organized across four key domains: • Finances – Financial literacy, investment, budgeting, and wealth-building • Entrepreneurship – Business strategy, leadership, startup development, and growth • Health & Wellness – Physical health, mental wellbeing, and work-life balance • Family & Relationships – Parenting, communication, and building strong personal foundations The Mombongo Academy offers structured courses, mentorship programs, live workshops, and professional training within these domains.
2. Eligibility
To use Mombongo services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement • Agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Mombongo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Mombongo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
4. Services and Content
Mombongo provides access to educational content, live and recorded workshops, mentorship sessions, and community resources. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. • Course content is subject to change and improvement at any time • Mombongo reserves the right to discontinue any service or program with reasonable notice • Completion certificates are issued based on defined course criteria
5. User Conduct
By using our platform, you agree NOT to: • Share, reproduce, or redistribute any paid content without authorization • Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against other users or instructors • Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform • Impersonate Mombongo staff, instructors, or other users
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Mombongo, including but not limited to course materials, videos, texts, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive property of Mombongo Education Network or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Payments and Refunds
Paid courses and services are subject to the following: • All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase if no more than 20% of content has been accessed • Mombongo reserves the right to modify pricing with advance notice
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mombongo provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mombongo Education Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in a competent court of jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
Mombongo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.
